The PURCLEAN-VMUS-DG3 Wall Mountable Ozone Generator Cabinet is an advanced and highly efficient system designed for superior ozone production in various applications, particularly those requiring pure ozone from an oxygen feed. This air-cooled generator is engineered to produce up to 20 grams per hour (g/hr) of ozone very efficiently from less than 6 LPM of oxygen.

Central to the VMUS-DG3's performance are its three double quartz corona cells. This unique design ensures that no metal components come into contact with the oxygen/ozone path, guaranteeing the purest possible ozone production. The true quartz dielectric (not glass) provides exceptional strength, rigidity, and complete impermeability to ozone, dramatically increasing the reliability and lifespan of the corona cells. Effective cooling is achieved through both internal and external air circulation via fans, which helps reduce heat and maximize ozone production efficiency.

The VMUS-DG3 is built for ease of use and reliability with several integrated standard features:

• Integrated Flow Switch: Provides simple automation, turning the ozone generator ON when feed-gas flow exceeds ~1.5 LPM and OFF when it drops below ~1 LPM. This feature eliminates the need for external wiring or flow/pressure switches and indicates status via "No Flow" and "Ozone" lights.
• Adjustable Ozone Output: A digitally adjustable rocker switch allows users to set ozone output from 0-100%, with clear green status lights indicating the current power setting. Output can be adjusted even during "No Flow" conditions.
• Circuit Protection: A sophisticated power inverter board protects the corona cell and transformer. In case of moisture or dust contamination, it immediately turns off ozone production to prevent damage, attempting to restart every 6 seconds when conditions improve.

Designed for wall mounting with a durable powder-coated aluminum cabinet, the VMUS-DG3 can operate under both pressure or vacuum. While optimized for oxygen, producing high concentrations that dissolve efficiently in water, it is not recommended for dry air applications due to significantly reduced efficiency. For optimal performance, it is highly recommended to pair the VMUS-DG3 with an oxygen concentrator, such as the Aerous-15 (which produces 7 LPM of oxygen, sufficient for full 20 g/hr ozone production).
