Hot Wax Applicator

Hot Wax Applicator is used on the Hot Wax Arch midway through the wash tunnel to apply Body Wax Detergent onto the vehicles as they pass by on the conveyor belt. The applicator is mounted at the top of the Hot Wax Arch, releasing Body Wax detergent from above the cars for complete vehicle coverage. From there, gravity takes over and applies the detergent onto the vehicle. One 6' LED light bar is mounted behind the rain bar, giving the appearance the detergent is multi-color through the changing Red, Green, and Blue LED lights. The Hot Wax half round sign is mounted above the rain bar and covers the light bar. Included with the Hot Wax applicator is the rain bar, foam generators and heads, Hot Wax half round sign, LED light bar, and mounting brackets. All of the necessary hardware is also included with the unit. This applicator does not include the arch or side panel signage, it is just for the applicator, half round sign, and light bars. We can also install a custom sign on the applicator in place of the Hot Wax Black Pearl series sign that comes included.
