The Hiblow Polypropylene Air Diffuser (TP-250) is a high-quality component engineered for effective aeration in water systems. This diffuser is specifically used in the water reclaim tank of a car wash, playing a crucial role in the water treatment process.

This diffuser measures 250 mm (approximately 10 inches) in length and features a 1/2" MNPT-equivalent male thread for easy installation. It is designed to create a medium bubble size, which is highly efficient for transferring oxygen into the water. Its large pore size adds less than 0.2 PSI to the system, reducing back pressure and minimizing the risk of clogging for a long time.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, this diffuser is built for longevity. While it is designed to last for 4-5 years, the manufacturer recommends an annual check for any signs of damage or wear. To ensure optimal performance and safety, the flow rate through a single diffuser should not exceed 80 liters of air per minute. If a larger pump is used, multiple diffusers should be installed to prevent excessive back pressure and ensure the pump operates smoothly. Each diffuser comes with an included end cap.
