The Electric Reverse Hugger™ Entrance Facing Side Washers (Set) by Tommy Car Wash Systems offers outstanding cleaning action specifically across the sides of customer vehicles as they enter the wash tunnel. This system is engineered not only to eliminate misses but also to dramatically cut down on mirror folding, a common issue with traditional side washers.

This entrance-facing model operates with a powerful electric drive (hydraulic drive version: E-SW-102-NC-A), ensuring robust and reliable brush performance. The core of its effectiveness lies in its intelligent pendulum swing mechanism, which allows the brushes to dynamically adjust to the shape of different customer vehicles for a close, safe, and highly efficient wash. Additionally, the alternate rotation of the brushes enhances cleaning power, ensuring more dirt is captured, especially across difficult-to-reach areas.

The unit is designed for easy integration into existing or new car wash setups. This 75" brush height model U-bolts directly to the top of any compatible mitter arch or Tommy combo unit, providing fast installation with only 4 vertical bolts and minimal downtime. The product comes as a complete set of two arms (for driver and passenger side cleaning), along with electric brush drives and necessary fittings. It is specifically designed for 5" small core brushes with increased cloth density for optimal cleaning.

Customers should note that cloth for the brushes is sold separately, allowing for color customization. While this set includes the arms and drives, a compatible combo unit or Mitter arch for mounting the hugger arms is not included (this product is, however, already integrated into the All-in-One Combo Module and select other combo modules).
