All-In-One High Pressure Pump Station

The Tommy's All-In-One High Pressure Pump Station is used in the backroom of the wash site to power all the water applications in the wash tunnel. This proprietary pump station is exactly what a wash site needs to power all water applications at the wash site from one compact equipment package. This station has the pumps, hoses, motors, solenoids, valves, transducers, switches, etc. all installed on one station for the ultimate convenience and efficiency. This pump station powers the water for the High-Pressure Rinse Arch, Pre-Blast Applicators, Front/Rear Dual/Triple Threat Blasters, Front/Rear Belt Flush, POD Units, and Bay Wash Guns. The plumbing feeds for the different pumps use 2" connections throughout the pump station. By centralizing the plumbing and pumping setup, the installation and plumbing costs can be dramatically reduced at the wash site. The frame and many components of the All-In-One Pump Station are made of stainless steel material. Many plumbing fixtures/hookups are shipped loose. Wash Bay gun and hose sold separately.
