4 Bank Hydraulic Power Unit

These power units are used in the hydraulic wash sites and are typically located next to the Maintenance POD in the wash bay of the wash tunnel. This Hydraulic Power Unit features a gravity feed tank, with adjustable controls contained inside of the tank. Typically, two of these power units are used in the wash to provide power to all wash equipment. The motor used on each power unit has a power rating of 10 HP and a shaft diameter of 1-3/8". There are four banks in this hydraulic power unit. Most hydraulic systems tend to leak from valves whereas this system incorporates the valves inside the lid of the tank. This design allows for a neat, clean, and professional appearance while also providing a more efficient operation. Each port in the power unit provides a unique speed controller. These speed controllers allow you to easily adjust speed and torque on a specific wash equipment piece. The power units are constructed of stainless steel material for a visually appealing look while also providing resistance to rust and corrosion. On the front of the power unit will be a Tommy Car Wash Systems decal.
