The E-F-RB Rain Bar is a durable and essential component for a variety of circular arches within a car wash tunnel, including the Red Hot Lava Arch, Triple Coat Arch, and Hot Wax Arch. Its primary function is to deliver a slow and consistent application of water to the vehicle's exterior. This pre-wetting process is crucial as it helps to keep the vehicle's surface wet, allowing subsequent detergents and chemical applications to be more effective and adhere better.

Constructed from stainless steel, this rain bar is built for exceptional longevity and performance, withstanding the corrosive and chemical-rich environment of a car wash. The bar measures 91-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", providing broad coverage across the vehicle. It is available in configurations of 1, 2, 3, or 4 rows of holes, allowing you to choose the perfect spray pattern for its specific application within the wash process.

For plumbing, the bar features a 1/2" diameter hole in the middle and one on each end, making it easy to connect to your wash system's plumbing from the ladder rack. It is important to note that this product does not include mounting brackets, which must be purchased separately.
