Drain for Maintenance POD Sink

Specifically selected to fit the compact 2-inch bar sink drain integrated into the standard Tommy Car Wash Systems Versadial Maintenance POD, this premium strainer basket keeps the local plumbing free of debris, plumbing blockages, and accidental hardware drops. The Maintenance POD is the active workspace right on the car wash floor where technicians clean nozzles, mix chemical test ratios, and perform quick repairs. This strainer features a dense, multi-hole grid design that allows fast water drainage while safely trapping stray O-rings, debris, and solid tunnel waste before it can compromise your building's plumbing lines.

Key features and benefits include:

• Tommy Maintenance POD Direct Fit: Designed to match the exact dimensions of the 2-inch bar/prep sink drainage system installed inside the Tommy bay workbench.
• Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel: Built out of commercial-grade stainless steel to survive constant exposure to harsh car wash chemistry, reclaimed water, high humidity, and aggressive tunnel detergents without rusting.
• Brushed Nickel Finished Top: High-end brushed nickel top coat offers exceptional resistance to water spotting, tarnishing, and chemical fading, maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• High-Flow Multi-Hole Drainage Grid: Optimized grid hole sizing ensures maximum water flow rate, preventing chemical wash water from backing up into the basin while securely catching micro-debris.
• Removable Drop-In Convenience: Designed with an easy-grasp central knob, allowing site technicians to quickly lift, empty, and rinse the basket clean in seconds during daily bay shutdown routines.
