Detergent POD Hot Water Supply Sub Assembly
Pre-assembled, multi-component stainless steel piping unit designed to manage the hot water supply for the Detergent POD. It integrates a mix of fittings, nipples, elbows, ball valves, and a 1" Water Hammer Arrester
The Detergent POD Hot Water Supply Sub Assembly is a ready-to-install unit containing all the necessary high-quality components to plumb and regulate the hot water inlet for the Detergent POD system. This assembly standardizes the installation process, ensuring critical flow control, backflow prevention, and water hammer protection are correctly implemented.
The assembly is primarily constructed from durable Stainless Steel (304 and 316 Grades) to provide maximum corrosion resistance against hot water and wash chemicals, guaranteeing a long service life in the harsh wash tunnel environment.

- Water Hammer Protection: Includes the 1" Hydra-Rester Commercial Water Hammer Arrester (P-WAT-2856) to absorb pressure spikes and protect valves and fittings.
- Flow Control: Features two 1" FNPT x 1" FNPT Ball Valves (P-WAT-2367) for manual shut-off and regulation.
- Piping & Transition: Utilizes a variety of stainless steel nipples, tees, and reducer fittings (e.g., 1−1/2" to 1" reduction) to step down and distribute the supply.
- End Connections: Terminates with a 1" MNPT x 1" Hose Barb (P-SE-2000) for easy connection to a flexible hose line.
