Constructed with a Ryton metering knob and check valve core, this injector offers high chemical resistance, ensuring durability and reliability when handling various chemical solutions. It is capable of operating at pressures up to 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature, and up to 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150°F (66°C). For specific demanding conditions, optional stainless steel bodies and metering knobs are available for even higher pressure situations (700-3000 PSI).
The chemical dilution can be precisely adjusted using either the metering screw or interchangeable metering tips. The metering knob assembly's ability to be oriented in any direction provides ease of access in tight installation spots. This injector connects via a 3/8" NPT pipe size and delivers a flow rate ranging from 1.4 to 11 GPM at 200 PSI, making it a versatile choice for various high-pressure chemical dosing needs.
