This IFM LDL101 Conductive Conductivity Sensor is a highly accurate instrument designed for continuous monitoring of conductivity in conductive liquids, including ultra-pure water. Its ability to measure very low conductivity makes it ideal for managing the quality of water in car wash RO systems and general water treatment processes.


The sensor is built for precision and durability in harsh industrial environments:


  • Wide Measuring Range: Capable of measuring from ultra-pure water levels (0.04 µS/cm) up to 1000 µS/cm.
  • Hygienic Design: Features a stainless steel (1.4404/316L) body and wetted parts, with optional hygienic PEEK gaskets. It is designed for high-temperature applications (up to 150C for short periods).
  • Communication: Provides a scalable 4-20 mA analog output (selectable for conductivity or temperature) and supports the IO-Link communication interface for digital integration.
  • Robust Connection: Uses a standard G 1/2 external thread with a sealing cone for secure process connection.
