Chemical Tire Applicator (CTA) attaches to Tommy Arches via leg mount to provide powerful tire cleaning and chemical application to the lowermost portion of customer vehicles.  This is a Non Foaming applicator and requires an existing arch for mounting. Pump Panel sold separately.
