Phoenix Connector Sensor Terminal Block 24A
Organize your control cabinet with the industrial standard for sensor and actuator distribution. The Phoenix Contact DIK 1.5 is a three-level initiator terminal block designed to handle the high-density wiring requirements of Tommy Car Wash manifolds and backroom control panels.
SKU: CCS-2715979
This terminal block is used in the Systems Integration Center (SIC) in the Flight Deck area of the wash site. The terminal block has a M3 screw connection and three levels with six connections total. It has a current rating of 24 A and a voltage rating of 250 V. The block has finger protection as well as back of the hand protection. The terminal block is DIN rail mountable and part of the DIK/DIKD series of terminal blocks.
Key features and benefits include:
- Triple-Level Efficiency: Consolidates the signal, positive (+), and negative (-) wires for a single sensor into one vertical column, keeping your wiring neat and traceable.
- High Current Capacity: Rated for 24A (up to 26A with 4mm² conductors), providing ample headroom for industrial sensors and proximity switches used in car wash arches.
- Vibration-Proof Screw Connection: High-quality M3 steel screws ensure that connections remain secure despite the constant mechanical vibration in a car wash equipment room.
- Bridgeable Potential: The lower levels can be easily "jumped" or bridged using EB series insertion bridges to create a common power bus across dozens of terminals instantly.
- Professional Labeling: Compatible with Zack Strip (ZB 6) marking systems, allowing for clear identification of every sensor in the tunnel.
