The Tommy's All-In-One High Pressure Pump Station is a revolutionary system that consolidates all wash pumping needs into a single, compact 4' x 4' footprint, drastically reducing installation complexity and plumbing costs.

This proprietary pump station integrates all the necessary components—pumps, hoses, motors, solenoids, valves, transducers, switches, etc.—onto one station. This centralizes the plumbing and pumping setup, dramatically reducing installation and plumbing costs at the wash site.

This station powers the water for all major high-pressure applications, including:

• High-Pressure Rinse Arch
• Pre-Blast Applicators
• Front/Rear Dual/Triple Threat Blasters
• Front/Rear Belt Flush
• POD Units
• Bay Wash Guns (Gun and hose sold separately)

Key Technical Features:

• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): The unit comes with a VFD installed on the pumps, allowing for precise control over motor speed and power output, enhancing efficiency.
• Power Requirements: Available with input voltage options of 480V or 575V (3-Phase), operating at a 60 Hertz frequency.
• Construction: The frame and many components are built from robust Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity.

Note: The unit has a high operating noise level of 100 Db. Plumbing fixtures/hookups are shipped loose for final integration.
