ASCO 2" Stainless Steel Proportional Angle Body Valve (4-20 mA Feedback)
The Proportional Angle Body Valve (8290A068PDB67) is a sophisticated ASCO 2-Way, Normally Closed valve engineered for precise and variable fluid control in highly demanding industrial applications. This valve is used on the reclaim side of the Water Treatment Center. This valve features a 2 inch FNPT (Female National Pipe Taper) port size and a robust stainless steel body, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for aggressive media.
Unlike standard on/off valves, this is a proportional valve, meaning its flow can be varied continuously in proportion to an input control signal. It is an air-operated valve, where a piston operator is used in place of a solenoid for pneumatic actuation. The valve is normally closed (NC), closing upon loss of pilot pressure or power, and opening proportionally based on the control signal.
