37" Stainless Pre-Blast Manifold

The 37" Stainless Steel Pre-Blast Manifold is a core component of the pre-blast unit found at the entrance of a car wash tunnel. Its primary function is to serve as the main support structure for the spray nozzles that apply reclaim water to vehicles as they enter the wash. This pre-blasting process is crucial for loosening stubborn dirt, mud, and debris from the front bumper and sides of the vehicle, which significantly improves the overall cleaning efficacy of the wash.
