Key Benefits of the 30" Ammeraal Beltech CSB Conveyor Belt:
- Dual Compound Technology: Dual Compound Technology combined with wear resistant material inserted into the bottom of the belt results in higher contact surface area. This results in less belt thickness wear and less sliding sheet wear.
- Stainless Steel Pins: 8mm (5/16") stainless steel pins lower pin wear and subsequent belt elongation. These pins allow for a higher load capacity and less belt stretch.
- Off-Set Pin Position: Pin positions are off-set compared to the top surface, allowing more belt thickness wear without experiencing sprocket engagement problems.
- Hinge Driven Sprockets: Engage in better chordal motion into “open” pockets. Leads to better sprocket engagement and less sprocket wear.
This initial retrofit kit includes the necessary components to convert your standard Tommy Conveyor to accept the new Ammeraal Belt system along with the needed amount of Ammeraal belt. Replacement belt needed once the retrofit kit is installed is $110/ft.
