The P-WAT-2851 consists of the clamp insert halves, often referred to as Stauff clamps or Beta Clamps. These components are crucial for mounting hydraulic hose, pipe, tube, and electric cable in industrial settings, particularly where shock absorption and vibration damping are necessary.
Construction and Features
- Material: The insert cushions are made from Polypropylene. This material is selected for its excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture, and its ability to absorb vibration and shock.
- Sizing: Designed for 1-1/2 inch pipe size, accommodating a minimum to maximum outer diameter of 1-7/8 inches (1.875"). The actual inner diameter (ID) of the cushion is 1-7/8 inches.
- Design: These are Standard Duty clamps featuring a ribbed bore style to grip the pipe firmly. The Polypropylene cushion material provides shock-absorbing properties.
- Performance: Capable of handling a maximum operating pressure up to 1,500 psi and a load capacity of 1,500 lb.
- Temperature Range: Operates effectively from a minimum of -22°F to a maximum of 194°F.
